At Pharmazone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your new attire isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Pharmazone account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or any secure packaging to ensure protection during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
