Feldene Dispersible 20Mg 10 Tablets

This medication is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) designed to provide relief from pain and inflammation associated with arthritis and other musculoskeletal conditions, enhancing mobility and quality of life.

Benefits:
-Effective in reducing joint pain, inflammation, and stiffness

Off-Label Uses: Occasionally used for additional inflammatory disorders, such as acute gout or other pain management needs, under a doctor’s supervision.
Main Ingredient & Benefits: Piroxicam, an NSAID, works by inhibiting enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2) responsible for inflammation and pain, providing long-lasting relief.
Precautions:
Not suitable for individuals with peptic ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding,
Not suitable for people with severe heart, liver, or kidney conditions,
Avoid in case of NSAID allergies.
Not suitable in pregnancy ( especially during 3rd trimester)
Consult with a doctor if there is a history of asthma, hypertension, or fluid retention.
contraindicated for the treatment of peri-operative pain in the setting of coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery

Side Effects:
nausea
dizziness
stomach discomfort
increased blood pressure.
Serious: Gastrointestinal bleeding, ulceration, or perforation; high blood pressure; liver or kidney impairment; and skin reactions such as rash or itching.
Less Common: Fluid retention, swelling, increased sensitivity to sunlight, ringing in the ears, shortness of breath, or visual disturbances.
