Indications:
‑ Treatment of essential hypertension (high blood pressure) in adults.
- Helping to improve cardiovascular risk control in adults whose hypertension is not adequately managed with mono‑ or dual therapy.
Main Active Ingredients:
‑ Amlodipine Besylate 10 mg.
‑ Valsartan 160 mg.
‑ Hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg.
Precautions:
‑ Not for use in patients with known hypersensitivity to amlodipine, valsartan, hydrochlorothiazide, or sulphonamides.
‑ Use with caution in severe liver or kidney impairment; periodic monitoring of electrolytes recommended.
‑ Avoid use in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy.
‑ Inform healthcare provider if taking potassium supplements or other antihypertensives.
Side Effects:
‑ Dizziness or light‑headedness (especially on standing).
‑ Headache.
‑ Peripheral edema (ankle or foot swelling).
‑ Electrolyte imbalances (e.g., low potassium) due to hydrochlorothiazide.
‑ Fatigue or weakness.
